- What counts as an action?
- One thing your agent asks Sallyport to do. Checking what it has access to is free.
- How does the 7-day trial work?
- You pick a plan when you create your first agent and add a card on Stripe’s page. You pay nothing today. The card is charged when the 7 days end, unless you cancel first. Each organization gets one trial.
- What happens when I go over?
- Your agents keep working. You see a notice and move to a bigger plan when it suits you. One agent more than your plan holds asks for a bigger plan.
- Can I change plans?
- At any time. A bigger plan takes effect at once, and you pay the difference for the days left. A smaller plan takes effect when the billing period ends.
- What if I cancel, or my card keeps failing?
- Stripe retries a failed payment first. With no plan in force, your agents stop until an owner picks one. Nothing is deleted: pick a plan and your agents carry on where they stopped.
- Who holds my card?
- Stripe. You pay on Stripe’s page and Stripe keeps the card; Sallyport only learns that the payment went through. Change the card, download invoices or cancel from your account at any time.
- Do colleagues cost anything?
- No. People are free on every plan, including clients who approve from an email link.
- Does every machine of a platform count as an agent?
- No. A platform like detachbox connects once and gives each machine its own agent. All of them count as one agent, on every plan.
- Which plan fits an agency?
- Agency, at $99 a month per client. Each client gets their own space and approves from an email link, and each space has a monthly report.
- I signed up before 9 October 2026. What changes for me?
